You shouldn't have any issue taking 3 a day. As my endo says...it doesn't matter what it says on the label, what matters is how much you absorb.
Make sure you add in more mag if you take more D.

Wish MY doctors understood that!

It was the first time in 11 years any of them had said anything sensible. Same endo overruled hemo on infusions too!
I struck gold.
I'll overlook that only half my bloods were done.
Sigh.
