I am a dipstick

I was at the Vitamin Shoppe yesterday picking up some Zinc and I was out Calcium so I looked for some while there. Well I cam across what I thought was something good. Actual Calcium capsules....well today I was looking at the label ( I guess I glanced over it too quickly) and it says "as calcium citrate and calcium carbonate".

The damn stuff is labeled http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/p/calcium-citrate-complex-250-mg-300-capsules/vs-1079#.VWtMxM9Viko Calcium Citrate Complex, not Calcium Citrate and Carbonate.


Of course it doesn't give a break down of each so I have no idea how much citrate vs carbonate is in this 300 capsule bottle for which I paid $15.

Oh well, live and learn I guess
