@Amey when you get this approved I want to buy you a big drink! You have more staying power than I did with them and they should figure out all they need to do to shut you up ( I mean that very nicely) is approve the damn surgery!
 
My Appeal was denied... But I have one last appeal to the ID of Insurance. I'm pretty down right now but I just wanted to let everyone know how it's going. Thank you all for your encouraging words... Tomorrow is another day....
