I'm 5 years out and I wonder if anyone knows of a good doctor in NJ that is DS bloodwork friendly. One who sorta gets it without the whole I want this and that, this and that speech. I don't mind doing it but I wanted to know if anybody knew of any doctors that were testing and good at it. If not. Does anyone have that list we used to pass around back in the day, of everything we needed to test for. As far as my health doing well so far so good. Iron eh... I was 346 on surgery day. Today I'm 140-146 so far so good. All the extras removed in January of 13' (rough surgery) But I'm well and I hope everyone else is doing well.

Well, you're kind of up north, right? If you're okay with going to Burlington County, try Dr. R. Bruce Denniston in Mt. Holly. (609) 261-1144

Hi! Great to see you over here. I was hoping EN would be able to help out as she's our resident NJ expert.

I believe Dr. K has a sample lab slip somewhere on his site for people to print out and give their Dr so the Dr will know what should be ordered. Its actually in the work book on line.

Hello Elizabeth ! I will check him out I'm in north jersey a few exits from you but I will google his information to see what kind of commute to expect. Nice to speak to you again.
:welcome: @Ladysweetthang

List is here: http://bariatricfacts.org/threads/vitalady-links.11/
Also, there are links to two lab slips that might be of help: http://bariatricfacts.org/threads/generic-ds-lab-order.191/

Tagging @Elizabeth N. as she is the most likely to be able to help with that area.
Thank you for the list I will definitely check it out

I will also look around for that thank you for the head start.

His office is directly across the street from Virtua Mt. Holly. You can get off at exit....um, 5? (CR 541 Burlington/Mt. Holly) and it's 10 min. max from there. Or you can do exit 5 to 206 S. to 537 W. and depending on the Construction Project From Hell, that might be faster.

There are a couple PCP's in the Princeton area connected with.....hold on, gotta Google the name....Oh, South Brunswick is more like it, ...connected in some fashion to the asshole surgeon who stole $300 from me to tell me he didn't "believe in" the DS. They MIGHT have a clue, but that asshole only does RNY and sleeves (looks like he might have finally quit doing crap bands). http://www.njbariatricspc.com/
