DS journey update #3 - Approval!

Just got a call from the referral coordinator that she faxed my surgery approval to Dr. Rabkin's office! She mentioned I made it easy by doing everything so fast lol. I was expecting at least a 2 week wait to even know it was approved, but after leaving her a message yesterday to advise everything on my end was completed since she was out all last week, she called me back today and said it was done and submitted . Not sure of the time-frame for Rabkin to do the needed in their office, but with Thanksgiving this week, I'll give them until next week if I haven't heard anything to check the progress. Very exciting though and definitely something to be thankful for this week! Hopefully I'll have a surgery date to report soon
