Had a rough start and end to the week but the majority of it wasn't bad. Cooked up a couple of steaks for the crew last night. It wasn't Texas Roadhouse but it was decent eating.

Good for you. We tend to do a steakhouse at the end of Sept every year (our anniversary so of course we like cow).

I finally weighed myself at work this past week and I was at just a hair under 130.
I wish I had less tummy pooch, but I have less weight and more muscle than I did when winter ended last year (I was snowed in as late as April!!!!).

this winter will be a challenge, because they always are, but shouldn't be as bad as last winter.

Good for you. I think it’s great that you are managing to do so well with your VSG. So many don’t. I completely understand the tummy pouch. I hate mine.
