I’m struggling with seeing the scale go up. I know it needs to but that’s not the direction I like it going.

Had a couple long days but it certainly could have been worse. Still haven't gotten the approval back but currently planning on taking next week off. The time changes always throw me off and it's nice to have extra time to adapt.

Well, I dropped back down one lb.
