I didn't get to the gym yesterday where I weigh myself but I will go this morning and try very hard to remember to. feels like I am up but it is The Dark Armpit of the Year.

I'm bouncing up and down so far this winter. (I know it's not technically winter but it is, weather wise) which, to put a positive spin on it, is better than staying up.

Actually it is winter, just not astronomical winter. It’s meteorological winter.
Meteorological winter in 2024 begins on December 1 and ends on February 28. This is different from astronomical winter, which begins on December 21st.
