Last week: 169.5
This week: 169

I was 168/167 most of the week. I did hit 166 on Thursday but Friday I didn’t get to eat enough food or drink enough water. Saturday was also a little off-kilter in the water department. So I’m retaining a bit of water.

I went into work for the second time this year and I don’t yet have an assigned desk. It means I have to carry everything with me like a water bottle, protein, snacks, etc. I feel like I’ve forgotten how to do that. I haven’t worked outside my home since March 5, 2020. It’s even more odd because I don’t know what’s still around and available near work. Last time I went in I realized the Starbucks was closed so that blew up plans for the day. It’ll take some practice and get easier again when I have a desk and can just leave things at work.

Sorry you have to be a gypsy for now. Are you using a backpack or a big tote? That would help til you get a desk. And businesses can easily disappear.
You did good staying even.

Oh, yeah I do have a bag. It’s just a matter of bringing everything with me. I’m out of practice. I switched jobs during the pandemic so my desk hasn’t been assigned yet. And yes, many people have lost their jobs and businesses this past year. I’m extremely fortunate that I still have mine and I think things will come back around my work once everyone starts coming back regularly. It’s an area dependent on the company I work at so it makes sense they would reduce efforts. If there aren’t people there is no business.

Wife got a new puppy. He's about 8 weeks old and is half Yorkie, half Jack Russell terrier or unknown sneaky dog. He's a handful right now. Been doing 60+ hours a week at work which together with the aftereffects of Covid has made things a bit of a grind. Did reasonably well cutting back on carbs last week, still need to do better but I'll take an improvement.

Oh my, you are deep into puppyhood. And all the training that comes with it. Would love to see a photo (we have a thread for that).
And good on your loas.

I loved the photos: what a cutie!

and I weighted 132 at work on Friday. so that's good. now I need to get stronger.

Sooooooo. I was super worried I had gained weight on my 2 week vacation. I last weighed in on 6/27 and had hit a stall.
Last weight 6/27: 219
Weight today 7/19: 210
I guess I was worried for no reason. 3 pounds a week is still on track. Very happy.
Don't have time right now because of work, but I had PCM do blood work before my 3 month post op appointment with surgeon and some things are already out of whack. My apt. With the surgeon before vacation got canceled because he had emergency surgery so I will need to reschedule. I will post my blood test results for advise when I can. I trust you guys more than the doctors who don't always calibrate for the DS factor.

When you post them, put them in the Vitamins and Labs board.
