    We decided to move.

Those lights need adjustment to be a true motion sensor and you need to wiggle a foot or something to keep it on! Charles said you SHOULD have access to tweak the settings on those lights, ASK! You don’t need to be stumbling around in the dark.

Sunday Weigh In (3/17/2024) Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Oops, well, you found out carbs this early are definitely not your friend. Later on a carb fest may not lead to a loss of any weight. Yeah, Ozium is a great product, so is a great bathroom fan. We replaced the one in our bathroom so it came on when we turned on the light, it was on a separate...

Sunday Weigh In (3/17/2024) Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Thanks, Jackie. He is eating protein first and filling up on it which helps. We’ve discovered his sleeve has gotten smaller as well. He’s not eating AS much as he did before.

Sunday Weigh In (3/17/2024) Happy St. Patrick’s Day

:gold: :clover::feiertag smiley 014: Last week 117 This week 115 This is getting so damned frustrating. I am so over this. It’s maddening. Interesting side effect to Prolia

It can lead to fractures. They are not saying it will but that it can. And if you stop, you should be on another treatment plan. At almost 70, I’m okay with being on it long term. Long term for me could be anywhere from a day to 30 plus years.

    Unflavored powdered vitamins

To my knowledge, there isn’t one. You need one that is the equivalent of Centrum Daily, not a Senior version as the senior has too much B6. If you find one, compare to the Centrum.

Unable to vomit after DS (due to the sleeve part)?

Many have said they are unable to vomit post surgery. I’ve only had one bout of vomiting in 13 years. I’ve had a couple of bouts of foaming where I felt like I was going to but didn’t.

    Diabetes

We got a fairly cheap glucose monitor so I could purchase Test Strips over the counter and avoid limitations but even then I try limit my purchases as we are on a fixed income. But that way if I have a reason to test, I don’t feel guilty.
