Here is an Excel spreadsheet with the vitamins I plan to take post-op (essentially Vitalady's post-op vitamin recommendations). You can open this in Excel, Numbers, or Open Office. (Do not try to print it as it is bigger than a page.)
I didn't share it for Vitality's recommendations, rather so you could change the amounts and total your own daily intake:
Column 20 is coded to total the dosages in each row.
You can change the amounts to what you take, and or add/delete rows or columns and column 20 will still total it for you.
