This popped up on Facebook memories today. I remember walking past this sign for almost a year at 118kg and thinking...fuck you, sign! I'd have to take off a limb to be that skinny (and still would).

For those of you imperialists, the before is 121 lbs and her after is 104 lbs.

There's another I can't find (will post it if I do later) that said 'Are you hungry or just emotional?'. It was a poster of a woman eating a tub of icecream. It was hung on the wall of the break room of my client's kitchen - a government one, no less! If it had been my own organisation, I'd have ripped it down.

Yeah, it's a terrible job! But it was more the really, really low 'before' weight that stuck with me. I mean, I'm still not Asia Skinny, but daaaamn...
