So, as of these labs I'm on 50 MCG of Synthroid daily, a 50k IU of D gel cap (will switch to dry post-op) a week, a b12 sublingual daily, and Centrum Multi daily.

I see my A and B6 are low too...so am going today to find a B complex and A that will tide me over for the next couple of weeks. Will be ordering my post-op Bio-Tech 50k dry D and 25k dry A this evening when I'm home for the day!

You WANT your B6 on the low side of normal range...
Too much B6 and too little B12 have the same results...bad neurological issues.
