Waaah! Back on the up climb of the same roller coaster! I was so tired after work on Friday, I fell asleep at 6 PM and missed dinner and my last 30 gr of protein for the first time in a year and a half! I never miss a meal (or snack for that matter!) Oh well, not worried about the gain. Seem to be just bouncing around the same 5 pounds.
