Yesterday morning I weighed 148#. I had Christmas eve. dinner including dessert. This morning I weigh 152#. Is this just carb bloat? I hate it! I know the scale will go back down in a few days by being careful with my food choices but this makes me crazy.
It's just water weight. Breathe, I know it's hard. To gain 4 pounds your body needs to absorb 14,000 more calories than it burns. You did not do that.
Best way to avoid going crazy, only weigh once a week.
I know. It an old fear of regaining everything back. It's not rationale.
I so get that. The DS is a mircle and it's so weird not to think you will gain the zillion pounds back you lost. They are gone forever. These 4 pounds will be gone soon.
188 lbs @ 6'2" = 24.1 BMI
This is basically where I am comfortable (190 +/- 5), but I plan on adding back some muscle mass this year.
