Sunday Weigh In (10/15/2023)

I was 141 something last time I posted and again at the beginning of this week but I just did nothing but eat all weekend so I may have bloated it up a bit. it wasn't worth it.

It's the time of year for my sinuses to act up, and despite all the vitamins I'm taking, the germs of the students have overwhelmed me and I'm sick. I can't taste or smell so food is not fun. I'm very whiny and annoyed. This has nothing to do with staying on track, so I'm going to go back to bed. :)

Stay hydrated at least. Add protein powder to broth. Keep rested.
