I don't think have posted this before, but this is an excellent BLOG from Dr K. He showed me these slides before my surgery and we discussed hypertrophy of the CC & AL as well as atrophy of the BPL. There is a great picture of BPL & AL tissue showing what Dr K discusses in the blog.
BTW, Dr K has hundreds of short blogs on his site that are really informative and very interesting to read through. They are categorized by date and title to the right of the page.
