A few quick things

Your high PTH says your body is not getting enough vitamin D and calcium, so it is stealing calcium from your bones to maintain your calcium levels. You also want your D level yo be close to the top of the range, not middle-low. Increase your D and your calcium. You may also want some K2 to help aid your absorption

Low A. Increase your A

High b12 is fine. No worries You may find that you don't need your B complex. Many of us do fine without one. Keep an eye on your b6 as it should not get too high.

High ferritin. What is your iron and TIBC? Ferritin is your iron stores. You have lots. Which can be good. Or too much iron can also be bad. But how much of the iron in your blood are you actually absorbing?

What she said ^^^

B12 needs to be over 1000...mine has ALWAYS been over 2000 (that's how high my lab tests) and I do not take any extra. In fact, all my B's are fine. Low B12 (under 500) and High B6 both cause nerve damage and if they stay low or high depending on which one for too long, the damage can be permanent.

Okay, add a D3 at bedtime...and see how it lands at 6 months.

I found that 2 D3 50,000 every day WAS too much but 1 every day wasn't enough. Finally found my sweet spot of 50,000 Mon thru Fri, and then 100,000 on Sat and Sun...my D comes in at 118 that way. But it sounds like one is absorbing...some but you do need it up to bring down that PTH. THAT needs to be as low to the bottom of the range as possible.

Adding K2 This is the one I take, at 4 a day: http://www.vitalady.com/cgi-bin/commerce.cgi?preadd=action&key=1171X100
Vitamin K is for the body to help blood clot properly
Vitamin K2 is to help the calcium be absorbed by the bones.

I'd double the A and D, increase calcium considerably (try doubling at least one dose--there is zero evidence to support the assertion that we can't absorb more than 600 mg per dose) and add K2.
