I am Pre-op with a lap band. My last labs showed high PTH so I'm trying to kick it in the butt before I have surgery. I have been given some very good advice to take the following vitamins. But I'm taking pills 8 freaking times a day! Is there any way I can condense the 10:30 - 9:00 pills into 4 times a day? I need to take the 6:30 AM meds on an empty stomach and at least 2 hours from anything else. And I need to take the thyroid and Estradiol 12 hours apart. What can I move around? Am I combining anything I shouldn't? This is my current schedule.....

6:30 AM
1 - Armour Thyroid 15 mg
1 - Omeprazole 40 mg

10:30 AM
1 -Vitamin D3 50,000 mg
1 - Vitamin K2-M7 - 120 mcg
1 - Jarrow Bone-Up - 333 mg
1 - Calcium Citrate Petite - 200 mg

12:30 PM
1 -Magnesium Glycinate - 120 mg
1 - Biotin + Keratin 10,000 mcg

2:30 PM
1 -Multi Vitamin
1 -Jarrow Bone-Up - 333 mg
1 -Calcium Citrate Petite - 200 mg

4:30 PM
1 - Magnesium Glycinate - 120 mg

6:30 PM

1 - Estradiol 2 mg

I don't know about scheduling. We have Vitalady's recommendation for scheduled somewhere save on here. One thing I know is Thyroid is to be taken alone with nothing else for 45 minutes to an hour before something else. The only reason I know is for the months that I was in the hospital and nursing home for months I was woke up at 430 in order to get my thyroid alone and before the first batch of morning pills. UGGH
