new today! Sleeved Dec. 2015 and hit goal weight in July. Dr considers me underweight but have maintained my weight since Nov 2016. I still have trouble getting all my protein in. I hate eating an evening meal! Ugh the struggle is real. Hoping to learn ways to get in real food and stop having to continue 2-3 shakes a day.
