Howdy and welcome! @southernlady is a long term Boyce postop, and we have a bunch of others here as well. Do not listen to their supplement advice .

As Elizabeth N said, I am a long term Boyce post op...coming up on 4 years out. Lost all my excess weight and I do NOT listen to the long term eating plan OR their vitamin advice. If I did, I would be in a world of hurt.

@shann and @BrianChesteen are a couple of other Boyce post ops.

HI Tammy, and welcome! there is lots of great info hear. I am a Dr. B patient too - just completing my pre-op stuff. going for sleep consult tomorrow - the 'old' timer here are very helpful and will not lead you astray. I am thrilled to have found this place now. Hope you will be too
