DS, VitB complex without B6

I don't take ANY B's other than what is in my multi. My first three months after surgery, I did take all of them EXCEPT the B Complex. I knew my B6 was high normal and did not want it even higher.

Mine are all right where they need to be now, except for B12, on just the B's I get in my Kirkland Daily multi (three a day). My B12 on just those three daily multi's still exceed 2000.

@southernlady what do you take besides the three daily multi's??? I'm sure I will be posting and/or searching old posts regarding vitamin and supplements soon...

This is what *I* take based on MY labs:
Kirkland Multi-Vitamin Daily (3 a day) (Costco)
Fiber (4 a day) (Costco)
Proferrin ES (10.5 mgs) (1 per day) (Colorado BioLabs)
Carbonyl Iron 25 mg (6 per day) (Sundown Naturals Perfect Iron from Amazon)
Vit D3 50,000 IU (1 per day) and 100,000 IU on Sat/Sun (BioTech/Amazon or Vitalady)
Vitamin K 1000 (2 per day) (BioTech/Amazon or Vitalady)
Jarrow Bone Up (6 per day) (Amazon)
Magnesium Citrate (500 mg/150 mg Elemental) (1 per day) (Amazon or Vitalady)
Calcium Citrate 300 IU (Elemental) (2 per day) (Citracal fro Costco)

That is adjusted to my latest labs done on Feb 2015 and yes, I 1) get hard copies and 2) track my trends
