Heard from the HR director today - she told me to go to the web site - ARGH! and that I should be going through Preventure - a third party company that manages people applying to have Bariatric surgery. I 'nicely' explained that - the web site has only the summary - i need the full document and as for the 3rd party company - I had it in writing from BCBS and Preventure that because I am a revision - I dont have to go through Preventure... ARGH again!

You would think that is you were high enough in management to be a director - you would f'ing know where your employees could get the information they need.
so, I'll see what she says now...

Keep going up the food chain. Everyone has a boss. If necessary, put your request in writing and cc someone higher up. If nothing else, you will have a written record of your battle.
