Greetings all I am almost 10 years out from my DS and have maintained 120 lb loss I am finally getting my arms done. something I've wanted to do for quite some time and the surgeon recommended going in past the pits and along the sides into my breast area as I have a lot of excess skin there as well looking for feedback on recovery I've had a full body lift and breast reductions and have done well with recovery but just would love to hear The Good The Bad and The Ugly
