I also have had like a “micro stroke,” paralyzing my fourth cranial nerve. I may be seeing double for months. On a good day, my typing sucks. Now I’m not having good days.

And putting things in perspective, the southwest corner of our 75-yr-old house, where a room addition was added 1959-60, is about 1 1/2 inches sunken. In the middle of the house, it shows. Cost? Well, $10k to keep it from sinking more. BUT interior floor would probably need adjusting to make more level. $20k to stop the sinking and get it MOSTLY up to normal. No floors or cosmetic stuff covered.
