Yes, Dr Smith does both SIPS and DS. He's part of a data research project for SIPS. You don't have to be part of it to have the surgery and there is no financial incentive for participating in it. I'm tentatively scheduled to do the DS with on the Dec 17th or 31st pending insurance approval...
