Sunday Weigh In (12/31/2017)

Random funny story...I opened MFP for the first time in ages and saw my weight was spiking up and down all over the place. Every Thursday. It took me a minute to realise that my housekeeper has been weighing herself once a week without realising it's syncing to my app. Phew!

this week 155

I think the holidays are catching up with several of us.

I'm so glad you figured that out. :) I would be so freaked out about that until I figured out what is going on.

Happy New Year.

Do you want to lose that much? Dr Rabkin and his group don't buy the bounce back, so I'm hoping. I'm so stuck at 139 and I want 135. I've got 6 more weeks until I hit 18 months.

No, I do not want to lose that much. I would love to stay around 145. I'm thinking after plastics I could be lighter, but that is only with skin/fat removal from my legs. That is where my extra weight resides! As a former morbidly obese person, I do not believe I look the same as a "normie" would with a normal BMI -- not with my extra skin issues on the lower half. It is great to learn that Rabkin does not believe in bounce back. I am hopeful too with monitoring and watching my food intake weight gain can be minimized.
