has anyone used these either as primary or supplemental vites? I read some good things, but then looking at the levels in them I’m skeptical. I struggle with levels on my pill form and tried the patches (worked alright for me, except for A/D and calcium)

These make claims of superior absorption- but just wondering if anyone had given them a shot?

I looked at them...came away with two thoughts: They are expensive and they aren't enough for a DSer.
