I at junk yesterday. Hot dog with a bun, popcorn, nachos with cheep processed cheese. Ugh. First home game of the season. I will need to get a Handel on that PDQ.

While the gain is bad enough, the gas and bloat are what tends to keep me in line many times. Next time, ditch the bun to the hot dog and find another snack?
