I went to work in Springfield, OR for three days this week and didn't get around to using a scale. I will try to do so tomorrow.

about the same: could be worse but could be a lot better. I just don't want to gain any more with winter coming. I love fall but dread the winter since it was rough last year. I shouldn't have moved away from the desert climate, but that ship has sailed. 
I am sorry. I have heard from those who have had it were fatigued for months.
Sorry about the fatigue and brain fog. Get the carbs out of your life.
