I gave in to a pizza craving which always leads to bloat and higher numbers on the scale.
You stayed stable. Pizza isn’t an issue for me, I gave up on eating the crust decades ago. And if I take a bite or two, it better be thin crust.
I'm OK with thin crust if I don't go crazy with the portion size. :rolleyes:

I forgot to weight again. I really need to.
I think you are forgetting on purpose. And that’s okay, just keep an eye on how your clothes fit.

Not much happening here (which is fine). Had my doctor's visit. She said I was doing great and that she was glad I had done the surgery.
Good for you.
My days blurred into one last week! And by the time I remembered that I missed my Sunday routine it seemed too late and futile.

This Week: 172.6
I get the days blurring into one another. It’s a very common “problem“ when retired. And skipping a week isn‘t critical as long as you feel comfortable.
