Didn't weigh last week. Was 145 the week before.

Well, in big news, over the last week I decided that I am done with being stressed 24/7 winning and doing work, feeling guilty constantly that I should be working and up all night worrying how to make payroll for a team half of whom can't be bothered to even turn up at the office. After discussing with the other partners multiple times, and getting the response that I just need to 'love my team' more...I'm done. They are already sending someone up to be 'Interim CEO' so I can 'rest' and focus on other parts of the business strategy, but tomorrow I will be resigning completely after four years here building the business from scratch.
This will be the first time I'll be 'unemployed' since I was 15. I'm going to take at least six months off to travel, go diving, drink wine, read books and maybe actually get to see my itinerant boyfriend. I'll see how long my money lasts or I get bored, and then look for my next challenge somewhere in the world. I've already started talking to a potential PhD program, and a few other irons in the fire...

Happy Mother's Day to the moms!
My weight seems to vary from 142-146 on any given day. With the nice weather, I've been doing more walking and biking. I am in the process of making some big life changes. I'm moving several hours away and starting a new job in a couple of weeks. I had planned to begin the PS journey this summer but it is on hold for another 6 months until I can get time off from the new job. I'm excited but stressed. I'm doing my best not to give into stress eating and to exercise instead.
My scale was broken so I haven't weighed in two weeks. Last time was 338. This week is 331.
Leap and a net will appear!
Well not liking this trend. Up another pound. Time to wake up and re-examine what I’m doing and adjust accordingly.
On another but relevant note I highly recommend the movie Magic Pill. It’s available on Netflix. It’s about food, chronic disease, and Ketogenic eating. It won’t win any Production awards but it’s very good.
Congrats on the new job. Moving is exceedingly stressful and I agree on waiting til after your life has restabilized. Your weight is stable.

Ugh no idea how this happened, but I'm up 4 pounds. And I've been reasonable good on the fast.

what about muscle, can't some of it be that?
Nevada Humane Society has kittens that need fostering and while I don't think I'm up for the ones that need bottle feeding or the "fungus" kittens (do they mean ringworm or what?) I am going to see if there is some way I can help. kittens!

Glad your weight is stable. We do Amazon Prime. I couldn’t handle foster kitties. I’d want to keep them.

Went out of town for our anniversary. Ate badly all weekend. Stopped doing walking before work since I was hitting 10,000 steps every work day. Went ahead and went walking today since I didn't get that many steps last night. It totally kicked my butt. I must not be getting as much exercise as I thought at work.
