My hands and feet feel the cold more than any other part of me.
I wear my CuddlDuds (top and bottom) constantly! I’ve been sleeping in them too. I ordered a new pair of gray bottoms on Black Friday so I don’t have to do laundry as often.

Had a decent enough Thanksgiving. The turkey wasn't the best I've ever made (we always use the free one I get from work and sometimes you get what you pay for). The Shepherd's Pie the wife made from the leftovers was quite delectable, however. I've been fighting a godawful cold the last four days. I've set next Friday as my getting off caffeine day. Plan being to lean on Advil a bit over the weekend to help me through the detox. That'll give me a week off of caffeine before I have to start the liver shrinking diet.

Not so sure I like it though- I indulged a little and many disagreements with my intestines over the last 24 hours or so. I have to work a little harder at monitoring and lowering carb intake.
Same as always. Hanging in there at 146 this week. Up and down about 10 lbs here and there but always seeming to settle around the mid 140s as long as I control the carbs.
Definitely happy to be maintaining at the holidays

I love leftover thanksgiving or Christmas or did until I stopped making it cause I don’t get my favorite leftovers, like dressing (not stuffing), green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole with brown sugar and pecan topping, and homemade cranberry sauce.

Your weight is awesome but being in distress is no fun. It could be one food or a mix of foods.
