This week 125, saw 124 at one point, messaged my PCP at that point. We have a plan of action mentioned in last weeks thread.

I told her while I didn’t want to gain weight necessarily, I didn’t want to lose any more.

Old Weight: 159.7 on 1/2/22
New Weight: 158.2
Still seem to be losing, but way slower.
Need to get to 141 to be normal BMI.

As you get closer to your goal you go slower. It’s far more common to lose about 4 lbs a month toward the end. Frustrating but you will get there. And try to keep going past 141 to account for a bit of bounce back, don’t try to stop it. You typically regain about 10% after you stop.
