How long before the “big blood draw” and tests do I stop the biotin?

Are there other vitamins/supplements that need to be on vacation before blood tests?

I’ve seen a week but to be safe, I’d do two weeks.

So I need to do my annual blood tests. I know I need to stop anything with biotin, but I keep taking everything else right? I mean if I stop everything before my blood is drawn won't it show my vitamin numbers low? I want the most accurate readings so I know what I need to adjust up or down.

If you are taking individual Biotin, you need to stop it. But biotin in the multi isn’t an issu. As long as you are consistent in when you stop your vitamin, you’re fine.

My husband and I have always just not taken ours the morning of our draw, consistently.
