Saw a commercial last night and I am going to try this. Chipotle. New low carb dishes made with cauliflower 'rice', fried with lime and cilantro. They say the fake rice is only 4 carbs! Andy way it LOOKED really good.

Anyone tried it?

Remember, even tho cauliflower is very low carb, it is a gas maker.
