Post VSG week 3 - Stalled already? How can this be?

I am so glad I'm not the only one. I have to weigh daily because my primary care doctor wants me to take a water pill if I gain 2+ lbs in one day. It will not keep me from my goal, but if I didn't ask the question, I would not have found out that I should not eat carbs in my evening snack. Thank you everyone for your support.
Okay, so valid MEDICAL reason for weighing...BUT stop letting it rule you! I love the NSV's best of all!!! THAT is a far better indicator.

Many weeks/ even months I would hold on to weight but lose a boatload of inches!

The article shared by Southern Lady was a great help. It is amazing how everything we do and not do affects the body. Every day I am learning to listen and read what my new body is telling me. I am an information gatherer, the better I understand the more I'm onboard. Thank to everyone who shares on this forum.
