I don't think it's dumb, there are times when I NEEED it. I've even printed some of these things out to keep at work (the place where I had the most negativity!) here are some more...

Confession: I printed one out the other day in black and white so I could colour it in lol

I suffer with bipolar 2 and there is a line that if I fall below that the world is black and the only thing that will help is meds....or the news that my life is about to radically change lol

I was. I found it very overwhelming and over stimulating. I know that sounds odd lol....but it was stressful for me lol. I like things linear, simple and organised...and to my crazy brain, Pinintrest is a whirlwind of chaos lol. I did like it so much that if I see a recipe, I get out a pen and index card and make note of it lol.
