More black bean "noodles"

So, I have this crapton of black bean noodles to use up. A pound of those suckers is a LOT of food!

Last night I pulverized one canned chili pepper in adobo sauce, added garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, olive oil and swished. Cooked up some of the "noodles" and tossed them with corn, chopped sweet peppers, bacon bits, onion and black olives. Let it marinate for half an hour or so and served room temp. MUCH better than my previous attempt at creativity with those suckers.
 
I tasted some at a Costco demo about a month ago. I thought what a great idea but then I put it in my mouth. OMG I actually spit it out. I tried to do it very discretely but a woman who had also taken a sample did the same exact thing. We both burst out laughing.
