Blessed, I can relate to your problem. I have even contacted the lawyers that take on the military for Earplug Lawsuits, etc. and nobody wants to help. I had a RNY Gastric Bypass performed on 10/28/2002 by a military surgeon, Dr Stanley Zagorski at Tripler Army Hospital. He decided to remove the rest of my stomach during the procedure, without my consent and without documenting it in my operative report. I went in for a revision to Duodenal Switch on 5/5/2021 and my surgeon, Dr. Charles Procter, Jr. discovered this when I was on the operating table, my operative report from my RNY had no mention of what he had done. Dr Procter spent 3 1/2 hours searching for my missing remnant stomach and lysing (removing) scar tissue, he also took 2-8x10 color glossy photos to document what he found. I woke up without the revision, but I went back on 9/24/2021 and was revised to a different hybrid procedure. I wish you the best of luck.
