Is this a stall? Might be freaking out unnecessarily

As I have posted, my weight loss has gone quite well, and am down 30 pounds in 5 weeks. That dramatic change had me worried it was coming off too fast, but you guys succeeded in talking me off the ledge. Now my issue has flipped and it has been 6 days since any weight loss.

Is this my body catching up to itself, or am I doing something wrong? I am not as tired as I was, so I am thinking that my metabolism has slowed a bit to compensate for the previous month’s loss. Does this sound plausible? I know that stalls are common during normal weight loss, but I am ignorant of how malabsorption handles those.
