Iron question

I need to increase my iron intake. I currently take 300 mg of elemental iron in my first batch of AM vitamins. If I add 150 mg - can I take it all together in that first batch or do I need to take it at another time of day? Not sure how much iron I can take at one time and still be able to absorb it. Thanks!

I take mine twice a day with my am and pm vitamins. I take it with my Vitamin C to help with absorption.

Proferrin Forte, snapped in half, 3 times per day keeps my iron infusions 4 years apart.

Why not just get an iron infusion? Its easier to maintain after that.
