Isn't it the best!?!?!

Off on vacation in Hawaii and walking out of the ocean is so much easier now. And I went Parsailing and ziplining. I would have not been able to this before I lost weight.

on the other hand, one isn't as buoyant....but in salt water I guess that's not as noticeable.

Enjoy your vacation. I wouldn't mind Hawaii but not enough to get on a plane and go. IF I am going to travel by plane, it will be to Europe.

I love being skinny for the most part but there are some negatives as well. I lost my hand warmer i could stick my hands under my dunlap stomach and keep them warm. Also i had a shelf for an a. Now i have nothing and sitting is a pain in the a. Literally, its bone against hard surface. But i guess you can't have it all
