I was going to comment and got distracted. It DOES look interesting. BUT I wondered from what part of her body the lady was emitting fluids, given where she was positioned on the pad.

Hahaha! Indeed, she was modeling the pad in the wrong place. should be rotated 180 degrees to span the width of the bed, with tuchus in the center!
