Darn - it happened again - the weekend's pretty much over for me. Tomorrow is the start of a busy week as the last couple of weeks have been nice and steady.

B McDonald's Sausage Egg McMuffin30
L Spaghetti bolognaise (w lots of cheese)40
S Protein shake w frozen berries30
D Chicken stir fry30

Protein total:130
F 72+
V All in (inc 6 batches of calcium) nightime iron & strontium batches pending
 
B: Full Fat yogurt
B#2: 2 eggs and 2 pieces of sausage.
L: 2 slices of ham and about 1/2 cup of green bean casserole.
S: 5-6 Dark Chocolate coconut bites. (A serving is 9-10 pieces)
Dinner: Steak and about 5 sliced beets. (I have LOTS of veggie leftovers right now)
Vites done except for the dinner batch.

Just want to say thank you for posting these threads! It's very helpful to see what you guys can eat...how you track -- and get food ideas (plus the reminder to take vitamins!) keep them coming! :) I'll join in when I'm on the bench with ya!
