Happy Saturday everybody. I slept in a little later today - yay for weekends!! :D

I spent an hour packaging up 3 weeks' worth of vits this afternoon. I do have about 2 moths worth of Vitalady pre-packaged vites too, but I do it both ways.

Anyway, I just went to order some magnesium citrate and one pack said 500mg --> 80mg elemental!! :eek: OMG I can't believe it's that low for elemental.!! Most of the manufacturers don't declare the elemental number so I've emailed them asking.

B 2: 2 eggs, two slices of bacon and a pieces of heavily buttered toast with homemade apple butter
L: Chicken Salad
S: 5 mini peanut butter cups
D: Grilled pork chop/Leftover fried okra
S: 6 mini crabs cakes (Costco)

Vites, done

Oh, and most days I also have two cups of coffee HEAVY on the cream and add a pat of butter to each one. I went thru half a stick today alone.

8 ounces Protein Shake 38gr p/ 19gr carbs
4 ounces Yogurt 5gr protein 6 carbs
2 ounces Cheese & 2 ounces Ham 20g Protein/4 carbs
Red Peppers, Gold Peppers, Radishes, & Califlower with yummy dip 5 grams carbs
And what I waited for all day, Breaded Fish with lotsa Tarter Sauce.
Protein 12 grams and 20 grams carbs

Total Protein 123 grams
Total Carbs 54 grams
 
bah, I have yet to get in my 40 lousy ounces of water - and I forgot to post about it this morning. coincidence??

I will finish the 40 and do better tomorrow. *shakes fist*
 
I'm going to wait on HP starting Sunday's thread but today I kick it up to 60 oz of water and stay at 3 cups (large strong) of coffee.
