fat to muscle

Hey everyone! I have lost 20 pounds using weight watchers and adjusting my eating habits! I didn’t think I had that much to lose, but boy I look and feel a lot better! Now I’m wanting to tone up. I currently do Kelsey Wells PWR program. Curious if anyone has any advice on what I need to change diet wise in order to aid in muscle gain!
