Easy way to make omelets

My husband found this Spring 2012 and it works wonderfully! I have trouble flipping omelets, now I don't have to and clean up is a breeze.

What makes it even better is each person can make their own to suit themselves. Make sure you use the freezer bags NOT the storage bags.

Made them again this morning and just rolled them out of the bags onto the plate, threw away the bags and the pot JUST needs emptying.

I found an easier way to make 1 or 2 eggs.... with this.... although at Walmart it's like $3 or $4 .... but the link is so you can see the microwave dish. It works great. I picked one up for my elderly Dad to make breakfast and it worked so well I went back and got one for me... as I can eat 1 or 2 eggs for breakfast and a couple slices of bacon and I am good to go for the a.m. I also add cheese and sometimes other things, you just have to zap it a little longer when you add extras. It saves tons of time in the a. m.

Never heard of making an omelet this way! I will totally try this.
