Duo switch revision through Kaiser SoCal

Hello,
I’m new here I haven’t really seen any current posts but I’m hoping I can find some help here. I had the sleeve through KAiser 6 years ago and went from 320lbs to 220. Goal was 160, I never reached it and currently weigh 265 I am just starting the process to get revision surgery and am looking tog eat the DS. My BMI is around 41 I think I’m 5’7 and 265lbs. I see that it is a process to try and get the DS done but I am ready for it and I am looking for any and all info I can get here

I see you have helped many people here! I’ve seen that is such a process and everyone gets denied, I’m not stranger to fighting for what I want I have a special needs son who I fight to get what he needs everyday, through schools, doctors and services. So I’m ready to jump through hoops if need be.

Do I need to go through positive choice again, my doctor said to call PC. Or do I directly call Dr.B?
