Good article, and agree with Munchkin. It's so sad that companies can opt out, so to speak, of covering medically necessary care for MO people.
I particularly liked that the article discussed the so-called medical facilitators. They add absolutely nothing to the benefit of the patients, and, if anything, will refer them only to the doctors/facilities that pay them for the referral. Just another way to take advantage of desperate people.
